Workers And The Boat.

Hanging out with my Mom and my Grandpa in a car on Dundas Street west (Junction area), I looked out the window in the car. As I was looking up there it was. Actually, there they were. Snap. These two men were in the middle of doing there jobs working on the roof of this random building. It turns out that they made the cut in one of my favourite photos. Perfect timing is all I have to say. Hard work makes for great art.
Speaking of surprises, soon enough this boat will be missing from the Harbourfront. Captain John's restaurant was a very popular restaurant years ago, but for many years now it has been sitting there abandoned. Well not really abandoned, just not open. Due to back taxes owed to the city, the restaurant was forced to close. It was never removed because the boat has no engine anymore. So the boat will have to be taken apart piece by piece. Sad news, but life goes on in Toronto. Restaurants come and go.
