Building Porn

Welcome to Toronto, where there is buildings and concrete everywhere. Yet there is an awe factor about most of this architecture. With the photos I have used here to describe this phenomenon, all I can think of is wow. Downtown is where it at my friends, one day I do hope to live there and build most of the rest of my dreams; as some of them have already happened. You can find this here building on the corner of University Avenue and Elm Street. It doesn't disappoint on the modern factors, especially with the right lighting from the sun, the clouds in the right place and myself standing in just the right angle at the bottom of the building on the sidewalk.
Is it Commerce Court is is it a cheese grater? Or is there some major editing going on here? Hahahah, I love modern architecture, seeing the darkness that can develop in just one picture and how my mind sees all these things, all the time. Where does it come from? Yet it's always there. One time I stood right at the bottom of this building at Bay Street and King Street, and this building can almost give you the creeps on just how tall it actually is. You should try it one day and see what feeling you get in your stomach, yikes.
Did you think I was going to forget First Canadian Place, no. King Street and Bay Street again, just the opposite corner. Since I was a kid I've noticed to hugeness of said building, mind you this pictures was taken before the renovations. Still looking awesome no matter what. I think I was five or six years old and I remember my Dad taking me up the a floor that was really high up, I can't remember the floor. What I do remember is just how amazing and breath taking Toronto truly is, as child I was more excited to be up there. As an adult it was way more exciting. I am A Massage Therapist in my day job, we were doing mobile massages for the company I work for and we went up to one of the high floors. I did my job for the most part but I did take advantage of the view. Look below.
This was the view that day, I never want to forget it, so I shot it. Mind you it was Samsung Note 3 Style, but hell it still looks good. Breath taking!!!
